Watermelon Lime Popsicles
These cool popsicles are a fantastic treat on a warm day and are quick and easy to create. All you’ll need is a blender, a popsicle mold, and three simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- Half a small watermelon, chopped into chunks
- The zest and juice of one lime
- 1-2 tablespoons of agave syrup (to taste)
Method
Add your chunks of watermelon, lime zest, lime juice and agave to your blender. From here, all you need to do is blend the mixture until it is pureed into a thick juice. Once you’ve reached the perfect consistency, try tasting the mixture to see if it needs to be sweetened with more agave.
Once you’ve reached your desired level of sweetness, simply pour the juice three-quarters of the way into your popsicle molds. Place the lids on the molds and slide wooden popsicle sticks in through the slots at the top of the lids. Place in the freezer until fully frozen (this can take two hours or more, although we recommend leaving the popsicles overnight), and then enjoy whenever you like!
