Ingredients
- Almond Butter
- Almond Milk
- Low Sodium Sauce or Tamari
- Lime Juice
- Monk Fruit Sweetener
- Ginger
- Red Pepper
Procedure
Whisk together 1 c almond butter, ½ c almond milk, 5 Tbsp low-sodium sauce (or tamari), 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice, 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener, 2 tsp grated fresh ginger, and ¼ tsp crushed red pepper. Serve immediately or chill. Let chilled dressing stand at room temperature or warm slightly in the microwave to make it easier to pour. Makes about 2 c (16 servings; 2 Tbsp per serving)
